Thiri Llwyn
Hi I am Thiri, originally from Burma and my family migrated to Australia when I was at the age of 7. I have lived in many places but I now call Sydney home, with my husband Rodney and our delightful little Cavoodle dog, Bolli.
In my more agile days, I was quite a sport enthusiast—engaging in horse riding, running, ab-sailing, canyoning, skydiving and scuba diving. These days, my passions includes spending quality time with my loved ones, traveling, trying out new recipes and taking Bolli for long walks.
My career journey began in Financial Services (Wealth Management & Funds Management), where I handled operational and project roles. I've navigated various products and platforms across Australia and Japan, managing up to 70 staff within a project.
This experience naturally transitioned me into recruitment within this sector.
Thankfully, my profession has given me opportunities to live overseas and recruit talent across Asia Pacific regions as well as UK and USA, allowing me to meet people from all walks of life.
In our more agile days we spent a lot of time on the water - we are both certified open water divers and Rodney did a lot of sailing.
Rodney and I lived and worked in Japan for 3 years and this was one of our highlights as it is rare to see 5 Geishas together. We also had the privilege of climbing Mt Fuji.
Introducing you to Sir Bollinger (Bolli), He is a Cavoodle and he is just so loving and sweet. We try to take him where ever we can.
One of my favourite holidays was Africa - Tanzania, Kenya, Zanzibar and Zimbabwe
WHAT LED ME HERE: I thoroughly enjoyed my corporate life earning a six figure income but due to the nature of the work, I was restricted to the working hours that suited my employers. Some projects that I worked on required the team working till midnight and over several weekends over six or nine months. Not to mention the politics that went along with it.
WHY THIS BUSINESS: Self- improvement and personal development is part of my ethos and who I am as a person. I have always listened to people like Anthony Robbins and other motivational speakers. This business is based around award winning personal development products which resonates with me and it has changed my life and it will also change other people’s lives and I would like to be part of that journey.
When I migrated to Australia, I did not have a command of the English language but I have successfully mastered it and have had the privilege of working for elite global blue chip companies in Australia and Japan like Macquarie Bank, Goldman Sachs Japan, Nikko Salomon Smith Barney and Deutsche Bank. This was due to belief in my self which was installed in me from similar courses to what we are currently offering.
I am a strong believer of Maslow's theory - Hierarchy of needs in succession - Physiological, Safety, Love, Esteem & Self Actualization. My brand is: Aspire To Succeed - Listen, learn, laugh, love and live. Focus on what is important to you.
MY VERSION OF SUCCESS: Still earning the six figure income ,whilst having the flexibility of working my own hours from anywhere - Hunter Valley, Gold Coast, Overseas. I can organise my time to fit in what is important to me -family & friends, dinning, trying out new recipes, travelling whenever I want and I can spend all the time that I want with my Cavoodal dog, Bolli.

15 yrs in Multi Level Marketing ended in me being disillusioned with the ratio of payback to time invested.
